If for some reason you need to return an item back to us you can request a return by following our quick and easy returns procedure.
If the item(s) you have received do not fit or are no longer required, you can request the return of your item(s) for up to 30 days after you have received the goods.
Please do not send item(s) back to us without agreed authorisation. We will not accept parcels that are returned without authorisation and a returns note.
If you follow our returns procedure below we will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
Use our returns form to submit a return request.
If you have received an item that is damaged, complete the form and use the Upload File field to send us an image of the damaged item.
You will be emailed a Returns Note, along with our Returns Address Label for your parcel.
Please note! Requests made more than 30 days after receiving your order may be subject to a restock fee set at our discretion.
Print a copy of the returns note you have received along with a copy of the address label.
Package up your unwanted item(s) including the copy of the returns note inside the parcel. Attach the address label to the outside of the box.
Please note! The item(s) you wish to return need to be in a re-saleble condition with the original packaging. Items that are returned damaged or faulty as a result of mishandling will not be accepted.
Post your parcel back to us within 28 days of receiving your authorisation, ensure you ask for proof of postage in case the item gets lost in transit.
Please note! We cannot be held responsible for returning parcels being lost in the post or damaged in transit.
When we receive your parcel back, the items inside will be checked and processed. If there are no problems then you will be credited back the appropriate amount within 5 working days.
